Q: Do the lights turn on automatically, or do you have to turn the lights on manually every time you use them? A: There is a switch on the pole that turns the lights on and off.

Q: How do I “untilt” the umbrella? A: Hold the silver button in while pushing the arm up slowly. It's sort of heavy, but just keep the button pushed in while lifting.

Q: Does this umbrella include a weighted base? A: No, it does not include any base. We recommend you purchase a weighted base more than 44lbs individually.

Q: How does this umbrella stand up to strong winds? A: Bad weather such as strong winds, thunderstorms, and rainstorms are not recommended.
